Chris Wheeler Jr. is a real estate veteran with over 15 years of residential and commercial experience in South Florida. He brings extensive business and finance experience to his clients allowing him to support them through every aspect of a transaction. He also uses his years of financial management experience and MBA to empower and educate his clients so they can make effective choices in their real estate transactions. Chris spent 8 years as a Real Estate Developer on multifamily and mixed use properties. He brings extensive experience in construction, land development/prospecting, financial planning and project management. His background and experience allows him to guide any client from start to finish in any type of transaction.

Commercial and residential sales in excess of $15m
Oversight of Sales Teams and overall sales of $60m
Responsible for creation of $150mm in multifamily and mixed use projects
Tenant/Landlord and Buyer/Seller representations
Successfully negotiated turnover of Condo Associations
Chris and his family are native Floridians and maintain ties to the Palm Beach and Broward communities through volunteer, leadership programs and athletic activities. His goal is to create happy, empowered clients and long-term relationships.
Kelly Wick Kigar has over 20 years of real estate experience in such areas of sales, marketing, land development, construction, architectural design and land planning in both residential and commercial.

Other than real estate, Kelly spends her time managing her yoga studio, Yoga South, that she owns with her husband, and raising their two children in the community she was raised in. Having lived here for 40 years, Boca Raton is home!
